MODIFYING SENSOR SENSITIVITY
To display or modify the sensitivity level of the sensor, two keys
and 5 leds are available (Fig. 2).
Based on the sensitivity desired, 15 levels can be set:
level 1 = maximum sensitivity
level 15 = minimum sensitivity
To display the level set, press and release key P2.
To increase the level, press and release P1 during the set level
display.
To reduce the level, press and release P2 during the set level
display.
To exit programming and save the data set, wait for the time-out
of 4 s.

SENSOR CALIBRATION

The sensor is supplied with a preset sensitivity level (table 1

FLAT BATTERY STATUS DETECTION
Level 4
The flat battery signal is displayed through led L2 flashing.
Level 5
When the sensor detects the flat battery status, it sends a wind
alarm message so the system ensures the awning is safe, causing
Level 6
an up command.
The message will be periodically sent to the control unit and cause
Level 7
the awning to close.

elements. They must therefore be disposed of using appropriate
measures according to the eco-environmental standards (V2
recommends disposal through differentiated waste). In the case
electrolyte substances are leaked from the batteries, replace them
immediately by carefully avoiding any type of contact with these
substances.

Having concluded installation, it is strictly necessary to
Completely open the awning, up to the position of the
opening limit switch
Manually shake the front bar of the awning on which the
sensor is positioned, simulating the wind condition which
would cause the awning to close.
After approx. 5 seconds, these two situations can arise:
a. The awning does not move
b. The awning starts to close
If the awning does not move, you need to reduce the sensor
threshold
If the awning closes, the threshold is set correctly.
ATTENTION: before replacing the batteries, disconnect
Unscrew screw E on the upper casing
Remove the sensor
Unscrew the screw D and remove the sensor C
Replace the batteries
Close the sensor again following the inverse process
ATTENTION: The batteries contain highly pollutant chemical
