Fitting the battery

1. Unscrew the transparent cover

2. Remove the control unit .

3. Unscrew the battery housing and
correct polarity .

4. Fit the battery in the housing

5. Screw the cover on, checking that the seal is fi tted correctly in its seat.
6. Line the control unit up with the slide and place it back.
Warning: use only 9 volt alkaline batteries.

Notes:
One alkaline battery can power for an entire season, with an average
of 6 daily watering cycles.
When the battery runs down, the battery charge indicator starts
blinking and the timer automatically interrupts operation by closing the
solenoid valve.
To avoid the losses of data, the battery replacement needs to be
completed in less than 30 seconds. After replacing the battery, check
the current time and set it again, if necessary.
Always remove the battery when the timer is not in use.
Dispose of dead batteries and throw them into a battery bin.
