OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This product is ideal for maintaining or adjusting the temperature of wine ranging from 6–20 °C, which is
sufficient for all types of red, white, rose, champagne and fortified wines. No more drops or wet stains on
your table!
1. Connect the power supply to the power source.
2. Insert a pre-cooled bottle of wine into the device.
Hold the ON/OFF button O/I for 2 seconds to turn on the device and enter setup mode (the LCD display

will light up and show the temperature set).
4. Press button B to set the desired temperature (between 6–20 °C).
Press the ON/OFF button O/I again to confirm the selection and run the cooling/heating process. The

LED power ON indicator turns red. The current wine temperature, that will be automatically adjusted to
the desired temperature, will appear on the LCD shortly.
6. Upon reaching the desired temperature, the LED power ON indicator will begin to flash.
7. After the wine has been cooled or heated to the desired temperature, the device will switch off for about
3 minutes and then automatically continue the process of maintaining the wine temperature.
There are two types of device behaviours:
1. The bottle is left in the device. The device maintains the temperature set.
2. The bottle is removed from the device and inserted back into the device after several minutes, the
cooling/heating cycle to the desired temperature will start automatically. The cycle continues until
the device is turned off.
8. Turn the device off by pressing the ON/OFF button O/I.
