Reasons & solutions
• The filter is too dirty because it hasn't been
replaced for a long time- Replace the filter.
• Using the air purifier in moist or water has
entered in the filter- Replace the filter.
• Using unclean filter for a long time or
completely blocked filter- Clean the filter, if
problem not resolved, replace the filter.
• Burning smell- Stop the air purifier.
immediately and cut off the power: Please
contact customer care.
• Air purifier being operated in sleep mode-
Change the mode.
• The air purifier is malfunctioning- Check power
supply, if problem persists. Contact us.
• The filter is blocked and is no longer effective
- Replace the filter
• Being use at inappropriate places, e.g. space
larger than 30 m2.
