screwdriver.

Take out t he old bat t ery and replace wit h a new and ident ical 9 V
bat t ery following t he polar it y m arkings inside t he com par t m ent .

Close t he bat t ery com part m ent .
W a r n i n g : Do not punct ure bat t eries or t hrow t hem in fire as t hey
m ay explode. Do not at t em pt t o recharge non- rechar geable
bat t eries ( alkaline) . Dispose of bat t er ies in accordance wit h local

Press t he range level but t on t o select t he r ange level.

Aim t he m icrophone t o t he sou nd source at a dist ance of 1 t o 1.5 m .
The sound level appear s on t he display.
7 .
Briefly press t he MI N/ MAX but t on t o freeze t he reading on t he display.
Press again t o unfreeze.
