INSTALLATION – OPERATION – MAINTENANCE
Connect pressure hose of air from output of compressor aggregate to the input of cooler (position 1). Interconnect
mutual output of drier (position 2) via pressure hose with air chamber.
Prior connecting drier to air chamber, that was used with compressor without drier, it is necessary to clean interior
surface of air chamber and perfectly remove condensed liquid.
Then interconnect electric part of drier with compressor according to wiring diagram in accord with valid regional
regulations.

OPERATION OF PRODUCT
Appliance works together with compressor automatically and it requires no attendance for its operation. It is not
necessary to sludge pressure vessel since pressure air in the vessel is already dried
MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCT
Prior intervention to the appliance it is necessary to reduce air
pressure in air chamber to zero and disconnect the appliance from
electric mains.
The appliance is construed and manufactured so that its maintenance was minimal. At regular operation, it is
necessary to replace filters in the upper parts of adsorption chambers once a year so as after repair of dysfunction
which could pollute them.
After unscrewing the body plug, remove filtration pad. Then clean the screen if neccessary. It is possible to check
or to change the filling (when dirty or to dusty or the dryer doesn´t dry).Put a new filter . Refit dryer plug to the dryer
head and tighten it by hand (clockwise).

TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRS

Prior starting the work disconnect the appliance from electric mains
and reduce pressure of air in air chamber to zero!
Activities regarding remedy of failures can be executed only by trained employee of service organization
Drying unit does not dry
• non-functioning solenoid valve
• clogged nozzle of regeneration air
• non-functioning ventilator of cooler
• repair or replace the valve
•
white liquid escapes from chambers
After the remedy of failure and reverse assembly of drier, it is necessary to perform the regeneration of drier, best
at continuous operation of compressor at pressure of 0.6-0.7 MPa for at least 1 hour and then to check air drying.

- repair or replace the valve

- check the adjustment of timer or replace it
- replace drying substance and lower board filter, re-seal and
check tightness, rub O-ring of nuts with soap water
