- Rinsing the appliance/inner circuits (Fig. A - B - E) -
When using for the fi rst time, or if the appliance has been switched off for a long time, you must
rinse it fi rst. By performing this quick procedure, you will ensure that all inner circuits are rinsed.
1. Wash the tank (5) using a hard brush, water and dishwashing liquid, then clean it
thoroughly, dry and reposition it.
2. Fill the tank with water (max. 2 litres).
3. Power on the appliance pressing the main switch (11). (Fig. "B")
4. Remove the grid (6). (Fig. "A")
5. With the appliance heated up, and without inserting any capsule, press the button
(17) and wait for dispensing to fi nish. Repeat the operation 2 or 3 times. The water
dispensed will be collected in the drip tray (7).
- Preparation of coffee/tea/ (Fig. C - G - H) -
Only use "Mitaca Professional System" capsules.
Make certain that there is enough water in
the tank (5). Do not use the machine without
water in the tank (5).
1. Place a cup on the grid (6) and center it under the dispenser nozzle (2).
2. Slowly lift the control lever (1) back (until it stops) (3). (Fig. "F1")

Buttons(15), (16) and (17) switch off. (Fig."C")
3. Put the capsule into the special compartment (4) placing its outer edges in the guides. (Fig. "F2")
4. Completely lower the lever (3). (Fig."F3")
Note
Buttons(15), (16) and (17) light up.
5. Press button
As soon as the programmed quantity of product has been dispensed, dispensing stops
automatically and the capsule is expelled.
Note
The grid height (6) can be adjusted depending on the cup size.
To adjust the grid to the maximum height, lift it up and position it against the capsule
collection container inserting it into the appropriate slot. (Fig. "G1")
Note
The machine will go into standby after not being used for 20 hours.
To put the machine into standby mode at any time, press and hold the button (14)
for 2 seconds.
To switch the machine back on , press the button (14). (Fig."C")
During standby the cup heater surface remains ON, to switch it off press the button (12).
Useful tip
Use thick cups when preparing Espresso and try to heat them beforehand. This will
keep your coffee warm for longer.
