4. Troubleshooting

4.1.

Alarm messages

The controller continuously monitors multiple operating parameters of the installation by querying the energy meter and acting
accordingly on the heat pump. If at any time it loses communication with these devices, the control will alert us through an alarm
signal.
Active alarms
Active alarms show errors that are occurring at that precise moment. The home page of the ALARMS menu shows consecutive
screens with text describing the cause of the alarm. The
If the problem is solved, these alarms dissapear and the controller continue to operate normally.
Alarm log
The alarms menu contains a log where the last 50 errors can be viewed.

Repeated alarms indicate that there is a malfunction in the installation. Contact the technical service as soon as possible to check
the installation.
