What to do in case of fault

The repair of electrical appliances may only be
carried out by qualified, authorised specialist
personnel.
Improperly or incorrectly carried out repairs can
pose serious risks to the safety of the user.
If the dishes are not warm enough
Please check:
• Is the appliance switched on?
• Has the correct temperature been set?
• Is the heat supply blocked by large large crockery
pieces?
• Have the dishes been heated long enough?
Note: The required heating time is influenced by various
factors, such as the material and thickness of the dishes,
the size of the load, the arrangement of the load or the
temperature setting.
Optimal heating times for dishes are subjective. There-
fore, it is advisable to determine them on a trial and error
basis according to your own preferences.
If the dishes do not get warm
Please check:
• Is the main switch of the electrical system switched off?
• Is the power cord connected and in proper condition?
• Does the fan work (operating noise audible)?
Note: If the fan is working but the interior of the
appliance is not heated, the heating element might be
defective.
If the dishes overheat:
• The temperature setting device may be defective.
The on/off switch does not light up when the appliance
is switched on:
• The control light of the switch is defective.
