SAFETY MEASURES
• Do not put any flammable items (e.g. sprays) in the drawer under the
cooktop. Cutlery drawers should be made of heat-resistant materials.
• Do not store items of interest to children in drawers above the
appliance. Climbing on the appliance, children can be seriously
injured.
• Do not leave children unattended in a room with a working appliance.
• For children or persons with disabilities that impede the use of the
appliance, there must be a responsible competent person providing
instructions for the use of the appliance. The instructor must make
sure that they can use the appliance without danger to themselves or
others.
• Do not carry out repairs or replace any parts of the appliance unless
specifically advised on in this manual. All other services must be
performed by a qualified specialist.
• Do not put or allow heavy, even small objects to fall on the cooktop.
• Do not use cookware with jagged edges, rough or damaged bottom
(non-enameled cast iron pots) and do not move the cookware on the
cooktop surface as this may cause damage and scratches on the
glass.
• Do not use metal scourers, brushes or any other coarse abrasive
cleaners to clean the cooktop as they may scratch the glass.
• This appliance is designed for use in households and similar
conditions, such as: meal rooms for staff of shops, offices and other
institutions; farm houses; kitchens for guests of hotels, motels and
other places of temporary residence.
