time), the Watch will estimate the

walk or run by
Pressing [ST]:
- Home/Dual Time,
- Distance,
- Current Speed,
- Calorie Expenditure,
- Exercise Time,
- Step Left,
- Distance Left,
- Steps per minutes,
- Speed,
It can be read from the display instan-
taneously or saved into record.
* When target alarm is 'OFF', these
mode will be invisible refer to 4.3.1
* When reaches to zero, 10 sec. alert
will be heard.
