Program Setting
1. Connect the device to the mains. The LED shows
2. Press the button below the LED display to set the different programs. By pressing the button once
each time, the LED displays the following sequence:
Power off
Power is always on

After detecting dim light for over 24 seconds the power turns on until the end of the
selected number of hours.
Enter Random mode: When dim light is detected for over 24 seconds, LED
randomly shows a number (from 1 - 9) and flashes, indicating the power is on until
the end of the displayed number of hours. After power off in random mode, LED
display shows
Enter dusk-dawn mode: Power turns on 24 seconds after lux level drops to 5 - 20.
Power turns off 24 seconds after lux level is above 100.
If you press the button longer, you can switch from one program to the next faster.
Instruction for bulb exchange:
Pull out mains plug, cut off fuse. Remove cooled down bulb carefully.
Screw in new bulb in bulb socket. Take care that the seal is straight in the bulb socket during screw
in, so that the splash water protection (IP44) is assured.
You may only use illuminants type PAR 38 up to a power of 80 Watt. During use of other illuminants
the seal to the lamp housing and therefore the splash water protection is not guaranteed.
Furthermore there's the risk, that the heat of illuminants with higher power damages the seal.
Security advices:
Please keep in mind, that:
the distance between the reflector bulb and the illuminated object must be at least 0,8m to avoid
fire danger by influence of heat.
a twist of the links over 270° is not allowed due to the risk of damaging the connection cable. To
avoid a jiggering, it is not allowed to release the screws.
During assembly of the device, the distance between cable entrance and ground must be at least
100mm (see drawing below).
