Connect the USB cable to the PC as shown in the picture when it boots up completely. (For initial installation)

Make sure that the PC recognizes the device properly.
Once the device has been recognized properly, the USB cable does not have to be removed when the PC is

turned on/off with the cable connected.
If the device is not recognized properly, remove the USB cable and reconnect it.
