CAUTION WHEN USING THE LG TOUCH
SCREEN MONITOR

The touch screen calibration software provided with the monitor is suitable only for the LG Touch Screen
Monitor T1710BP/T1910BP. Other similar devices are not supported.

It can be connected to the PC via USB only.

Do not install the monitor in an environment where there is an existing touch screen driver providing
similar functions to those of the LG Touch Screen Monitor. It may not work properly. To ensure that it
works properly, remove the existing touch screen driver file.

Multi-touch is not supported. (Multi-touch means the touchpad can recognize multiple touch points
simultaneously.)

It does not recognize touch points of dual monitors (multi-monitors). (Even if the PC supports more than
two screens and a touch screen is connected to each output, touch points work on the main monitor
only.)

Make sure to calibrate before using the touch screen function. Calibration is an extremely important
procedure for aligning the area touched on the screen with the Windows cursor. Calibrate the monitor
using the calibration software provided after setting the display resolution to the maximum supported
resolution (optimum resolution). The coordinates are set by the absolute values of the size of the touch
screen. Thus, even if the display resolution is changed after calibration, the screen is automatically
calibrated, aligning the touch points and Windows. Once it is calibrated, the calibration data is
automatically saved until it is recalibrated; there is no need to recalibrate every time Windows is run.

- T1710BP : 1280 X 1024
- T1910BP : 1280 X 1024

Sharp objects such as drills, knives, tweezers or pencils may damage the screen if used to touch it. It is
recommended that a stylus pen or fingertip is used on the touch screen.

LG touch screen monitors do not support the beep function. If the PC and the OS settings support the
function, the screen may beep when it is touched. Change the PC settings with regard to the beeping
sounds. To change the PC settings, please contact the PC manufacturer.

The touch screen calibration software is an .exe file, which does not require going through Add/Remove
Programs.
If the .exe file is copied onto the PC, simply delete it to remove.
*Select the .exe file > right-click the mouse -> Delete
* Select the .exe file -> drag -> Trash -> Empty trash
