HOT AIR
This is a mode for simultaneous frying and baking on one,
two or three levels. In this mode, the annular heating element
and the fan operate.
SMALL GRILL
This mode is used for cooking various dishes: for frying meat,
baking biscuits, and baking apples. Natural convection of hot
air and two-sided heating provide natural cooking, even
baking or roasting of dishes with an appetizing crispy crust.
BIG GRILL
It is perfect for cooking large meat or fish dishes that are
placed on the whole grid. The upper heating element and the
grill element operate.
THE LOWER HEATING CONVECTOR
This cooking method is especially slow and delicate. it suite for
slow cooking, or for heating ready meals, as well as for dishes that
require the concentration of heat in the lower part of the oven.
VOLUME TURBOGRILL
It is perfect for frying large pieces of meat or poultry on the
same level. Also, it suits for browning. The upper heating
element, the grill element and the fan operate.
INTERNAL LIGHTING
A light bulb is provided inside the oven, making it easier to
control cooking.
