the shop. Save your purchase receipt as proof of guarantee.

› WARRANTY

The hairdryer is covered by a two-year guarantee, except for the accessories.
The guarantee period starts on the date of purchase. The guarantee covers
manufacturing defects and faulty materials in the original parts.
Normal wear or tear to the device due to improper use, modifications to the
product or failure to comply with the instructions for use, technical instructi-
ons, and the safety instructions are not covered by the guarantee.
Carmen continually strives to further improve the quality and the design of
its products. Carmen therefore reserves the right to alter the properties of
its products.
