make sure it is installed correctly, and won't create
bubble to the cover to interfere with wireless
charging.
2. How long will it normally take to charge fully
using the wireless charger?
Normally, it would take three hours to be fully
charged. However, the actual charging time may
vary depending on the device status and charging
conditions.
3. Can I use a third-party back cover during
wireless charging?
If your phone can charge normally in this case, it
will not be a problem. Otherwise, please place your
phone very closely to the charging pad in case that
the protective phone case is too thick to prevent
your phone from charging properly. If it still doesn't
work, please remove your phone case then charge
again.
4. What can I do if the wireless charging pad is
hot when charging?
The wireless charging pad may be hot when
charging because of the environment or device
itself, which is normal and it will not affect the
lifespan of the device.
