1. Please keep the charging pad away from water or
other liquid.
2. If you need to clean the charging pad, please make
sure it is disconnected with power supply.
3. Do not put charging pad near the magnetic stripe or
clip cards (ID card, bank cards, etc) to avoid magnetic
failure.
4. This product is not suitable for any mobile device
with metal plates, as it will cause extreme heat that
may burn and/or damage the device.
FAQ
1. What can I do when the phone cannot charge
or charge slowly with fast wireless charging pad?
A. Place properly the center of the phone's back on the
center of the charging pad.
B. Remove any foreign materials between the fast wireless
charging pad and the phone as they may make the
device charge improperly.
C. Some kinds of back covers may also halt the wireless
charging. Please check the back cover of your phone, or
remove the back cover and then try to charge again.
