TURBINE CONDENSATION FILTER
Should you observe a significant increase in the build up of condensation
inside the filter (1 – fig. 33) situated beneath the Dental table, remove
the cover (2) by turning it clockwise about a ¼ of a turn, replace the
filtering element (1) and eliminate the liquids present.
WARNING, DANGER OF BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION.
The manipulation and the disposal of liquid present inside the
cover must be carried out by personnel equipped with
disposable gloves and protective eyewear.
Such procedures must always be carried out in
accordance with the sanitary laws regarding the
disposal of high risk biological waste.
WASHER AND SEAL LUBRIFICATION
Use the "S1 Castellini – Protective for O-ring" paste.
Method of use: wear protective gloves, place a small amount of paste on
your fingertips and spread a thin layer on the areas to be lubricated.
SUCTION FILTER CAP
Clean and sanitise tubes with
instructions
 lift up cannulae in order to keep suction active;
 remove the filter cap;
 Lubricate the internal wall of the cap (fig. 35) as shown in the figure;
 Place the cap back on the filter.
Warning: wear protective gloves
To prevent liquid from leaking during replacement always work with the
suction unit on con (cannulae lifted up).
SUCTION CANNULA CORD
 lift up a cannulae in order to keep suction active;
 remove the cannulae from its cord attachment;
 Lubricate the O-Ring
 lubricate the red washers with Vaseline (B - fig. 37);
VF CONTROL PLUS
 Insert a
before reinserting each cannulae in its housing.
Warning: wear protective gloves. Always operate unit with suction on
(cannulae raised up).
