CLEANING
General Cleaning: Turn off the dehumidifier and unplug it from the wall socket. Use a
soft, dry cloth to clean away any dust or debris from the exterior surface of the
dehumidifier and air inlet/outlet.
Filter Cleaning: The filter is located behind the air outlet on the front of the dehumidifier.
To access the filter:
1. Turn off the dehumidifier and unplug it from
the wall socket.
2. Remove the water tank.
3. Pull down on the filter tab and remove the
filter.
4. Use a vacuum cleaner and damp cloth to
clean the filter of any dust and particles.
5. Put the filter back and replace the water tank.
The filter should be cleaned every two weeks.
Water Tank Cleaning:The water tank should be cleaned every few weeks to prevent
growth of mould, mildew, and bacteria. Partially fill the tank with clean cold water.
Swish it around and then empty the tank.
DO NOT use cleaning agents or hot water.
