OPERATION

When oil is let into port IN, it flows freely over the valves (3 and 4) to the cylinder (5).
The cylinder then moves forward. As the pressure in the cylinder increases, the
oscillating function automatically starts and begins increasing the pressure by the
designated intensifying factor. Once the desired pressure has been reached, the
frequency drops to a level giving only enough flow to maintain maximum pressure. High
pressure adjustment is achieved by varying the inlet pressure, as the high pressure is
directly proportional to the inlet pressure. The PIN series requires an external pilot
operated check valve (6) to release high pressure oil from the system. Shifting the
