Instructions for repair / maintenance
The power supply must be shut off before any repair or maintenance work. The battery must be
removed from the handle. Disconnect nozzle from lubrication points.
Have the charger checked regularly by a qualified electrician.
When using non-original accessories, e.g. tubing and connection fittings, battery and charger can
in isolated cases pose the risk of accidents. In case of accidents or damage caused by foreign

parts liability cannot be accepted.
Modification or alteration of the device is only permitted after consultation with the manufacturer.

The reliability of the device is only guaranteed when used as intended.

Maintenance, inspection and repair work must only be performed by qualified personnel.
Caution: hot components only cool gradually after being shut down.
2 Intended use / guarantee

The high-performance battery grease gun is suitable for lubricating machinery, vehicles and

equipment with commercial lubricants. The power supply of the low voltage electric motor is
delivered via a 18V battery. To prevent overloading, the gun is equipped with a pressure relief
valve.
Any other use, as well as modification or alteration of the device, is only permitted after
consultation with the manufacturer.
If used as intended and in accordance with the instructions, we are liable under the statutory
warranty. The invoice from your dealer with the date of purchase must be enclosed with
warranty claims.
3 Assembly and delivery
The structure, including the individual components, is depicted on page 3.
The rotational motion of the electric motor is converted via a helical reduction gearbox and an
eccentric in an elevating motion of the high-pressure delivery piston. The device functions as
long as the switch on the handle is activated.
The delivery includes:
High-performance battery grease gun set in a sturdy plastic case suitable for a 400 g grease
cartridge according to DIN 1284 or 500 cc of loose grease.
Complete with: 18V volt battery, charger with quick charge function, 750mm high-pressure
reinforced hose with 4-jaw hydraulic gripper nozzle.
