4. INSTRUCTIONS
Batteries: Ensure regular recharging of batteries. The batteries installed are sealed, and are
maintenance free.
Do Not open these battery-pack or batteries.
Gear box: The gearbox/Transmission are sealed and do not require service. Check the oil level
every 3 months.
Brakes: (If there is a brake. It is an option at the T2500- T3500-Platform and standard at the
T1500) The electro-magnetic braking does not require regular maintenance. Check once a year
the space in the friction disk. It need to be 0,15 mm.
Engine: The only part of the engine that needs maintenance are the brushes. You have to check
them once a year, and replace them every 4 year.
Motor Controller: This unit is only serviceable by Movexx or your authorised dealer.
Throttle lever: The lever and cable don't require maintenance. Should the lever or cable be da-
maged, these should be replaced.
Fuses: The control circuit is protected against inadvertent current overload. These fuses are
located at the controller under the cover.
i. Transportation of the Movexx
Transportation in a truck/trailer.....
• Place the Movexx against one of the side or head flanks.
• Secure the Movexx careful with lashes.
• Turn the engine off and remove the key.
Transportation in a special transport box.....
• Drive the Movexx to the special transport box.
• Pull the screw out of the shaft and fold the last part of the operation arm, pull it backwards
and push it down. In this position you are able to drive and to move a trolley, but you
are not allowed to do so. In this position the drive- and stop button does not function!
• Remove the key.
• Lash the Movexx into the box.
