4. INSTRUCTIONS
The Movexx itself is not sensitive to Wind force. However it should be remembered that if the
trolley is loaded with very large packaging, or light packaging, the stability could be compro-
mised. It is important that the aria of operation has enough lighting to provide safe working
conditions.
It is not allowed to use the machine in snow or ice
It is not allowed to use the machine if the wind force is too strong for the trol
ley and moving goods.
It is not allowed to use the machine in any dark or foggy area where the visi
bility is limited.
It is not allowed to use the machine in (potentially) explosive environments
unless the machine has the appropriate certification.
d. Instructions of use
The Operator should always...
• completely read this manual and understand everything written in this manual
before he/she starts to work with the machine. In case of any doubt he/she
has to contact the supervisor and/or manufacturer or supplier.
• be 16 years or older.
• be absolutely capable to use this machine.
• have a good enough overview at any time of the movement path he/she will
follow.
• be able to stop the machine at any time on a safe distance and a controllable
manner.
• make sure that the movement path is without obstacles or persons.
• choose the speed of the machine in such a way that in the unlikely event that
his/her route is going to be blocked, then he/she always press the emergency
stop and hold the machine and the load in its place.
• position his/her-self in a way that he/she has a good view over the path to
follow.
• choose a position that he/she cannot be trapped or run over by the machine.
• never change speed etc.' unless by the manufacturer or distributor.
• use the prescribed protective clothing
• If the machine is used by third parties, ensure that the personnel are qualified
and trained in the correct use of the machine.
