OPERATIONS
5. Set the BEAT EFFECTS Lever switch to
ON to start operation.
Rear position (ON-LOCK): the effect is on and
locked and remains in effect also when the switch
is released. Turn off the function by returning the
switch to the center (OFF) position.
Front position (ON): the effect is on as long as the
switch is held at this position and returns to the
center (OFF) position when released. Use this po-
sition for flicking between the ON and OFF posi-
tions.
¶ When the Lever switch is off, the original sound is unaf-
fected.
DEPTH Dial
A standard effect is produced at the center clicked
position. The parameter changes produced by turn-
ing the DEPTH dial are described on page 8 ~ 9.
MIX Dial
This dial adjusts the balance between the original
sound and the effect. A standard effect is produced
at the center clicked position. The parameter
changes produced by turning the MIX dial are de-
scribed on page 8 ~ 9.
DIGITAL JOG BREAK
Since the Digital Jog Break can continuously change the
parameters of each effect generated by rotating the Jog
dial, the effects can be controlled like a musical instrument.
Effects generated with the Jog dial can be continuously
stored in memory and can be reproduced any number of
times at the press of the PLAY button.

5. Placer le levier sélecteur BEAT EFFECTS
en position ON pour lancer les opérations.
Basculé en arrière (ON-LOCK): l'effet activé et
ON
LOCK
verrouillé reste en activité même lorsque le levier
OFF
sélecteur est relâché. Couper la fonction en ramenant
le levier sélecteur en position centrale (en position
ON
OFF).
Basculé en avant (ON): l'effet est activé aussi
longtemps que le sélecteur est maintenu dans cette
position et ce dernier revient en position centrale (en
position OFF) quand il est relâché. Se servir de cette
position pour osciller entre les positions ON et OFF.
¶ Lorsque le levier sélecteur est placé en position OFF, le son
original ne subit aucune modification.
Potentiomètre de réglage DEPTH
Un effet standard est obtenu lorsque le potentiomètre
est placé sur sa position centrale crantée. Les
changements du paramètre de réglage provoqués par
la manipulation du potentiomètre DEPTH sont décrits
MAX
dans les pages 8 à 9.
Potentiomètre de réglage MIX
Ce potentiomètre permet d'ajuster l'équilibre entre
le son original et l'effet. Un effet standard est obtenu
lorsque le potentiomètre est placé sur sa position
centrale crantée. Les changements du paramètre de
réglage provoqués par la manipulation du potentio-

mètre MIX sont décrits dans les pages 8 à 9.
COUPURE NUMÉRIQUE PAR MOLETTE
PAS-À-PAS
Étant donné que le mode de coupure numérique par molette
pas-à-pas (Digital Jog Break) permet de changer en continu les
paramètres de réglage de chaque effet produit par la rotation
de la molette pas-à-pas, les effets peuvent être contrôlés d'une
façon semblable à celle d'un instrument de musique.
Les effets produits par la molette pas-à-pas peuvent être
mémorisés en continu et peuvent être reproduits autant de fois
que nécessaire sous la simple pression de la touche PLAY.
