Die Funktion Start/Pause der Taste

sich von einem Mischpult mit Faderstart-Funktion

aus fernbedienen. Der Anschluss an das Mischpult
ist im Kapitel 4, Bedienschritt 5) beschrieben. Über
ein Menü muss der CDMP-700USB auf die Fader-
startart des Mischpultes eingestellt werden:
1) Mit der Taste MENU (36) das Hauptmenü aufru-
fen (Fig. 4).
2) Durch Drehen des Knopfes TRACK/ENTER (5)
den Menüpunkt „4. REMOTE CONTROL" an -
wählen und durch Drücken des Knopfes das
Untermenü REMOTE CONTROL aufrufen.

3) In der 4. Menüzeile ist „Normal" eingestellt, d. h.
beim Zuziehen des zugehörigen Faders am
Mischpult schaltet der CDMP-700USB auf Pause
und bleibt an der momentanen Stelle des Musik-
datenträger stehen.
Das Gerät kann aber auch beim Zuziehen des
Faders auf den Titelanfang oder auf einen mit der
Taste CUE (14) gesetzten Cue-Punkt zurück-
springen und dort auf Pause schalten. Dazu
durch Drehen des Knopfes TRACK/ENTER (5)
die 4. Menüzeile „Normal" anwählen und den
Knopf drücken. Die Menüzeile springt auf die Ein-
stellung „CUE" um.
4) Die Menüzeile anwählen, die der Faderstartart
des Mischpultes entspricht:
FADERSTART = Steuerung mit einem Impuls
Beim Aufziehen des Mischpult-Faders wird
durch einen kurzen Steuerimpuls des Misch-
pults die Wiedergabe gestartet. Beim Schlie-

function. The connection to the mixer is described in
chapter 4, step 5). Adjust the CDMP-700USB to the
type of fader start of the mixer via a menu:
1) Call the main menu with the button MENU (36)
[fig. 4].
2) Turn the knob TRACK/ENTER (5) to select the
menu item "4. REMOTE CONTROL" and press
the knob to call the submenu REMOTE CON-
TROL.

3) In the fourth menu line, "Normal" is adjusted, i. e.
when the corresponding fader on mixer is closed,
the CDMP-700USB is set to pause and will stop
at the current spot of the music data carrier.
However, the unit can also return to the begin-
ning of the title or to a Cue point defined with the
button CUE (14) and be set to pause there. For
this purpose, turn the knob TRACK/ENTER (5) to
select the fourth menu line "Normal", then press
it. The menu line will change to the adjustment
"CUE".
4) Select the menu line corresponding to the type of
fader start of the mixer:
FADERSTART = control with a pulse
When the mixer fader is advanced, the replay
will be started by a short control pulse of the
mixer. When the fader is closed, the unit is set
to pause again by another control pulse.

spielen. Wird der Taster zum zweiten Mal
durch das Zuziehen des Faders betätigt,
schaltet der CD/MP3-Player auf Pause.
LOCK = Steuerung mit einem Ein-/Ausschalter
Für die meisten Mischpulte von „img Stage
Line" muss diese Einstellung ge wählt werden.
Mit dem Aufziehen des Faders wird ein Schal-
ter im Mischpult ge schlossen, der das Abspie-
len startet. Beim Zuziehen des Faders öffnet
der Schalter und schaltet den CD/MP3-Player
auf Pause.
5) Durch Drücken des Knopfes TRACK/ENTER die
Einstellung bestätigen. Das Hauptmenü er -
scheint wieder.
6) Zum Zurückschalten auf die Standard-Display -
ansicht die Taste MENU oder BACK (4) drücken.
Hinweis: Die Einstellungen im Menü REMOTE CONTROL
werden nicht dauerhaft gespeichert, d. h. nach dem Ein-
schalten sind immer die Funktionen „LOCK" und „Normal"
angewählt.

Audio-Controller-Betrieb
Für den Controller-Betrieb in Verbindung mit einem
Computer wird das Programm „e-mix Digital DJ" als
Testversion mitgeliefert. Über das Internet lassen
sich verschiedene kostenpflichtige Vollversionen
herunterladen: www.e-mix.com/cdmp
1) Die Buchse COMPUTER (39) über ein USB-
Kabel mit dem Computer verbinden (

When the momentary pushbutton switch is
actuated for the first time by advancing the
corresponding fader on the mixer, the replay
will start. When the momentary pushbutton
switch is actuated for the second time by clos-
ing the fader, the CD/MP3 player is set to
pause.
LOCK = control with an on/off switch
This adjustment must be selected for most
mixers of the "img Stage Line" range. When
the fader is advanced, a switch starting the
replay will be closed in the mixer. When the
fader is closed, the switch will open and set the
CD/MP3 player to pause.
5) Press the knob TRACK/ENTER to confirm the
adjustment. The main menu will reappear.
6) To switch back to the standard display view,
press the button MENU or BACK (4).
Note: The adjustments in the menu REMOTE CONTROL
are not permanently memorized, i. e. after switching on,
the functions "LOCK" and "Normal" will always be
selected.

Audio Controller Operation
For operating the controller in connection with a
computer, the programme "e-mix Digital DJ" is sup-
plied as a test version. Various full versions are
available on the Internet for a download charge:

1) Connect the jack COMPUTER (39) via a USB
cable to the computer (
2) Start the programme "e-mix Digital DJ" on the
computer.
3) Select the computer as a signal source (
ter 5.1). On the left of the display (f), "PC" will be
indicated.

Hinweis: Die CD-Schublade (17) lässt sich während des
PC-Betriebs nicht öffnen. Den PC-Betrieb ggf. mit der Taste
BACK beenden.

Kann die CD-Schublade (17) nicht mit der Taste
(30) geöffnet werden:
1) Das Gerät mit den Netzschalter (45) ausschalten.
2) Auf der Stirnseite der CD-Schublade befindet
sich unten links ein kleines Loch. Durch dieses
einen dünnen Gegenstand so weit hineinstecken,
bis die Schublade entriegelt wird und 1 mm her-

through this hole until the tray is unlocked and
