What should I do if there is a problem?
|
You can analyse and check errors throughout the
radio system with the help of the radio USB data
interface (on a suitable PC) and the Merten
CONNECT radio configuration tool.
The load cannot be operated using the transmitter
button.
– Make sure that the maximum range is not
exceeded and that there are no metal surfaces
such as metal cabinets or similar in the radio
transmission path. If you want to check whether
the problem is due to the transmission path, carry
the transmitter to the receiver and connect it there.
– Check if the battery is placed correctly in the
transmitter; see the operating instructions for the
CONNECT radio button.
