General warranty conditions
1. The manufacturer warrants for the quality or flawless operation of the within the warranty period, which shall com-
mence upon the delivery of the goods to the consumer. The warranty period is 24 months.
2. The warranty is valid in the territory of the Great Britain.
3. The warranty grantor warrants the following regarding a product that will be returned based on the warranty within
45 days at the latest (the warranty period shall be extended for the time required to eliminate the deficiency):
A) repair the product free of charge, provided, that the disassembled, damaged or defective product parts become
the property of the warranty grantor in order to provide the contracting authorities' safety,
B) replace the product with a new product at the location of purchase; consequently, the faulty or deficient product
becomes the property of the warranty grantor,
C) return the purchase value of the purchased product, making the damaged or defective product the property of the
warranty grantor.
4. As deficient is considered a product that does not fulfill the functions, listed in the user manual, due to material or
manufacturing flaws.
5. A deficient product shall be delivered to the location of purchase with a filled-out warranty certificate and relevant
proof of purchase by the seller (invoice) or the warranty grantor shall be contacted for further instructions.
6. The warranty does not cover damage, incurred as a result of force majeure, accidents, unforeseen events (such
as lightning, flood, fire etc.), improper use or incorrect transportation, failure to comply with safety and maintenance
regulations or due to unprofessional intervention in the product. Traces of everyday product use (scratches, abra-
sions etc.) shall not be subject to warranty.
7. The warranty does not exclude the consumer's rights, arising from the liability of the retailer for the defects on the
goods.
8. The warranty grantor shall provide the servicing and spare parts for the period of 3 years after the expiry of the
warranty period.
