4.1. DIMENSIONS CONTROL BOX CB230

4.2. REMOTE CONTROL OF MOTORIZED VALVES MIIF

When using remote controlled motorized valves, the 24V AC to the MIIF vacuum/ pressure
gauge box shall be taken from terminals X1/121 and X1/122. This will prevent the attention of
the valves when the web cleaner is not in operation.
Connect the 24V AC supply to terminals X3/103 and X4/104 in the MIIF cabinet.
Please refer to circuit diagrams as listened below.

4.3. EXTERNAL SIGNALS OF CONTROL BOX CB230

For CleanION web cleaner CB230-type control box, the following applies. Please refer to the
Drawings and circuit diagrams.
 Alternative remote control of the start and stop of the fan unit. Remove the jumper between
terminals X1/109 and X1/110 and connect a normally closed relay in this position. Connect a
normally open relay between terminals X1/107 and X1/108. To start the fan. Close the relay
between X1/107 and X1/108 momentary (for 0,5sec.). To stop the fan, open the relay
between X1/109 and X1/110 momentary (for 0,5sec.).
 Alternative remote control of the start and stop of the fan unit. Remove the jumper between
terminals X1/109 and X1/110 and connect between terminals X1/107 and X1/108 over a
remote relay, which can be controlled by a PC or the machine. When the terminals have
contact, the fan will start. Control voltage over the terminals is 24V AC.
