OPTION 1: POWER DRILL OPERATION

01. With flare nut in place and the tube end reamed,
clean. Insert the tube into the appropriate size
hole. Slide the Tube Positioning Plate over the hole
ensuring the tube touches the Plate lightly. Then
slide the Yoke over the top of the tube.

03. Use a power drill set on slow and low torque
and start flaring. When the flaring head is free
spinning, the flare is complete.

Arrow Indicator
02. Line up the Arrow Indicator on the Yoke with the
Indicator on the block. Tighten the yoke locking
bolt.

04. Use a power drill to return the flaring head to the
original position. Then release the Yoke Locking
Bolt to move the Yoke to the back. Open the block
to remove the flared tube.
