9. Algemene veiligheid en voorschriften
Algemeen
De afdekplanken zijn niet bedoeld om op te lopen noch om van te duiken.
De trappen zijn enkel bedoeld om het bad in- en uit te stappen. Na het gebruik is het aan te raden de trap weg te nemen, dit op het gebied van veiligheid vooral naar kinderen toe.
Let op met elektrische toestellen in de buurt van het zwembad (gevaar voor elektrocutie).
Houd steeds toezicht wanneer er kinderen in en rond het zwembad zijn.
Bij het niet gebruik van het zwembad, is het beter om dit af te dekken.
Niet over het zomer– en winterzeil lopen!
Technische installatie
Het technisch lokaal mag geplaatst worden op minder dan 3.5m afstand van het zwembad op voorwaarde dat het afgesloten is met een slot en enkel toegankelijk is voor gekwali-
ficeerd personeel.
Vooraleer het technisch lokaal te openen moet u de stroomvoorziening onderbreken. Pas daarna mag u het lokaal betreden.
Elektriciteit
Algemeen dient de plaatsing te voldoen aan het algemeen reglement (Belgie: art.90 zwembaden en Frankrijk norm NF C15-100)
Alle elektrische toestellen moeten voldoen aan volgende vereisten:
- uitsluitend voor de uitbating van het zwembad
- isolerend omhulsel en met mechanische bescherming
- voeding op zeer lage veiligheidsspanning
- enkel plaatsing door gekwalificeerd personeel
De plaatsing dient te gebeuren door een elektricien. De lokale wetgeving en toepasbare voorschriften moeten gerespecteerd worden.
Bescherming
Over het algemeen moet de bescherming voldoen aan de geldende normen (Frankrijk: wet van 03/01/03).
Ingegraven, niet-ingesloten zwembaden moeten worden voorzien van een genormaliseerde beveiliging. De gebruiker moet de bouwmeester een technische nota geven die het
vereiste genormaliseerde veiligheidsysteem aangeeft. Het systeem moet beantwoorden aan de normen die worden gedefinieerd door Anfor : NF P90-306/307/308/309.
Niet ingegraven zwembaden vallen niet onder deze wet, op voorwaarde dat de ladder aan de buitenkant verwijderbaar is.
9. Sécurité
Généralités
Ne courrez pas sur les margelles, ne les utilisez pas pour plonger.
Les échelles sont destinées à entrer et à sortir de la piscine. Après utilisation, enlevez l'échelle pour la sécurité de vos enfants.
N'utilisez pas d'appareils électriques à proximité de la piscine (risque d'électrocution).
Ne perdez jamais vos enfants de vue lorsqu'ils jouent dans ou à proximité de la piscine.
Il vaut mieux couvrir la piscine en cas de non-utilisation.
Ne marchez pas sur les bâches d'été et d'hiver.
Local technique
Le local technique peut être implanté à moins de 3.5 m de la piscine à condition qu'il soit cadenassé et accessible uniquement par du personnel qualifié.
Coupez le courant avant d'accéder au local technique. N'accédez qu'à ce moment là.
Alimentation électrique
Globalement, l'installation doit satisfaire aux normes en vigueur (Belgique : art. 90 piscines, en France norme NF C15- 100)
Tout équipement électrique doit être conforme aux impositions ci-après :
- exclusivement à destination du fonctionnement de la piscine
- revêtement isolant et protection mécanique
- alimentation très basse tension
- installation par personnel qualifié uniquement
L'installation se fera obligatoirement par un électricien. Il est impératif de respecter la législation locale et les prescriptions applicables.
Protection
Globalement, le protection doit satisfaire aux normes en viguer (France : loi du 03/01/03)
Les piscines enterrées non closes construites doivent être pourvues d'un dispositif de sécurité normalisé. L'installateur doit fournier au maître d'ouvrage une note technique
indiquant le dispositif de sécurité normalisé rentenu.
Le dispositif doit répondre aux normes définies par l'anfor: NF P90-306/307/308/309.
Les piscines hors-sol ne sont pas concernées par cette loi à condition que l'échelle extériere est

General
The borders are not intended to run on nor to dive from. The steps are only intended for use to step in and out of the pool. After use it is advised to remove the steps, this to en-
hance the security level with children. Be careful when using electrical devices around the pool (risk of electrocution).
Remain alert when kids are near or in the swimming pool.
When the pool is not in use, it is better to cover the pool.
Do not walk on the summer or winter tarpaulins
Technical installation
The technical housing may be placed at a distance of less than 3,5 m from the pool, provided that it is locked and only accessible to qualified personnel.
Before opening the technical unit, you need to interrupt the power supply. Only after this should you access the technical housing.
Electricity
The installation needs to comply to the general regulation (Belgium: art.90 swimming pools and France standards NF C15-100).
All electrical devices must comply to the following requirements:
-exclusively for swimming pool use
-isolating casing and provided with mechanical protection
-power supply on a very low safety voltage
-only to be fitted by qualified personnel
Installation should take place by an electrician. The local legislation and applicable requirements must be respected.
Protection
In general, the protection must satisfy the current standards (French: law of 03/01/03) the non-enclosed built-in swimming pools must be equipped with a standardized safety
device. The contractor must supply the pool owner with a technical note indicating the standardized applied safety device. The device must meet the standards defined by the
ANFOR: NF P90-306/307/308/309. The swimming pools above ground are not affected by this law, provided that the exterior steps are removable.
