BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF COSMOS
Cosmos computer
With the arrow keys UP and DOWN you
can vertically browse the function keys.
The selected function key gets darker
by color and you can activate it with
ENTER. Text can be added with the
arrow keys and CANCEL brings you
one step back. With the i-button you
can open the help dialogue belonging
to the selected screen.

Cosmos functions
The main field of the Cosmos shows
in one glance who the user is, on what
program type and program there is
going to be trained, the opponent(s),
and on the right site the function keys.
Start
Start the selected training program.
Training
Selecting, setting, changing or deleting
a training program.
At slope resistance, the real percentages
from -5 to +20% are simulated. At power
(watt), the resistance is adjusted on
constantly pedaling the power that was
set. During the heart rate program the
computer continuously checks whether
your heart rate is still around the value
that was set and adjusts the resistance
to this.
