CONDITIONING by immersing the sensor in tap water for 30 minutes before use. DO NOT use de-ionized water.
SAVING THE SET UP
After any manual changes have been done during set up, you are required to save the setting.
1. Press both  and  keys at the same time and release.
2. Press again until you see SA YES
3. Use either  OR  key to toggle between YES and NO. Selecting YES will save your changes/ calibrations.
NOTE: If you did NOT make changes or recalibrate, this screen will NOT appear.

SYSTEM SETUP

1. Turn the tester off.
2. Press and hold ENT key and press ON/OFF to enter the Setup mode.
3. Release both keys, the display will show SET UP , followed by PArA
4. Press  or  to select SYSt
5. Press ENT to select
6. Use the  or  keys to go through the menu
7. Press ENT to select one of the following options:
a. Unit rSt Resets meter calibration to factory defaults
i. Press ENT to select
ii. Press  or  to select
PH rSt or EC rSt
iii. Press ENT to select
iv. Press  or  to select
CAL rSt (calibration reset) or FCt rSt (reset all to factory defaults)
v. Repeat if necessary for pH or EC.
b. SEt A.OFF for turning on or off the Auto-Off function (meter shuts down after 8,5 minutes)
i. Press ENT to select
ii. Press  or  to select YES or NO
iii. Press ENT to confirm
c. SEt t.C for setting the temperature coefficient
i. Press ENT to confirm
ii. Press  or  to adjust the value
iii. Press ENT to confirm
d. SEt ATC for turning on or off the Automatic Temperature Compensation
i. Press ENT to select
ii. Press  or  to select YES or NO
iii. Press ENT to confirm
e. SEt ºCºF for setting the unit of measurement for temperature
i. Press ENT to select
ii. Press  or  to select ºC or ºF
iii. Press ENT to confirm
