The function board is designed for use with "Motor starters in motor terminal boxes" (Microstarters).
At the upper edge of the board are two terminals.
– 5-pin: for the connection of two contactors (see wiring diagram)
– 2-pin: for the connection of a thermistor sensor circuit
The 16-pin socket connector (2-row) located in the center of the board is provided for the connection
of a communications module (e.g. 3RK1902-0DA00).
The board is installed in a matching terminal housing.
The contactors and thermistor are to be connected according to the wiring diagram.
The communications link and the auxiliary voltage supply take place through the communications
module which is to be connected to the 16-pin socket connector.
Do not plug in nor pull the connector at X1 while power is ON; otherwise components may be
damaged
