Switch on the ST15 Waffle Maker and allow to heat up while you make the waffle mix. The red and green
lights will be illuminated.
Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly.
Whisk 4 eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add the melted butter, sugar, water, vanilla essence and rum.
Mix thoroughly and stir in the flour.
When the green light goes out, it is time to start cooking your waffles.
Carefully fill each of the bottom baking plates with the waffle mix and close the lid.
Leave for around 4 to 5 minutes. Then open the lid and remove your waffles using a wooden spatula.
The waffles should be crispy brown and cooked through, ready to eat.
You may cook the waffles for longer if required.
APPLE WAFFLES
150 g butter
200 g sugar
4 eggs
250 g self raising flour
pinch of salt
small pinch of ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
2 apples peeled and diced

Leave for around 4 minutes. Then open the lid and remove your waffles using a wooden spatula.
The waffles should be crispy brown and cooked through, ready to eat.
You may cook the waffles for longer if required.
CARE AND CLEANING OF YOUR PRODUCT

• Never use cleaning agents, abrasive materials or sharp implements to clean the plates inside the
waffle maker, as this will damage both the finish and performance of the unit.
• Wait until the waffle maker is completely cool before storing.
• Avoid wrapping the cord around the appliance.
