• Dispersing causes the medium to heat up.
• Note the min./max. immersion depth in the "Technical data".
• The function of the dispersion tools depends on the condition of the sharp
edges of rotor and stator (integrated in the shaft tube). Abrasive media can
round off these edges fast, whereby the disperse effect diminishes.
- The shaft bearing of the dispersion tools consist of a ball bearing. The
dispersing tool is sealed by means of a sealing.
- All materials are FDA (Food and Drug Administration) conform.
Application: Wet crushing, dispersions, emulsifying (Batch-operation).
Unpacking:
- Please unpack the device carefully.
- In case of any damage, a detailed report must be sent immediately
(post, rail or forwarder).

- Mesh bag (for collecting and packaging small parts of the dispersion tool for
cleaning, e.g. washing the rotator, shaft sleeve and sealing in dishwasher.)

Cleaning:
NOTICE
For pre-cleaning the dispersion tool, operate it in a detergent for dissolv-
ing the residuary of the substance. Due to the large flow rate, rotor and
stator are cleaned to a large extent. The dispersion tool must be divided
and cleaned immediately after working, so that the adhering residuary of
the substance don't cultivate unwanted bacterial cultures.
For cleaning purposes disassemble the dispersion tool as described below
(items see front page):
• Unscrew the rotor (8) from the shaft (2) using the generator and shaft key
included in the tool set. The rotor is held fast by means of the generator
key and screwed off from above by turning the shaft using the shaft key.
• Unscrew the stator (7) from the shaft tube (3) (left-hand thread). Insert
shaft key into the front-end slot of the shaft tube. By using the generator
key or the flat key (for ST stators) the stator can now be screwed off in
a clockwise direction.
• Pull the shaft (2) out of the shaft tube (3) in a downward direction. The
individual parts threaded on the shaft (4, 5 and 6) may simply be pulled off.
• The sealing (5) shall be replaced in the case of wear. Note! The sealing
(5) mustn't be assembled in the opposite direction (see Fig. 3)!

The sterilization of the complete dispersion tool is
not possible.
