We grant the end user of this product 2 years warranty from the date of purchase.
A precondition is the observance of these instructions and the information included
on installation and hazards. The warranty covers material and assembly faults but not
damage caused by external conditions and improper handling. At our discretion we
will replace or repair the faulty parts. Wearing parts (e.g. seals, axles and pump
wheels) and the opening of the product are excluded from the warranty.
We do not accept any further claims. In particular, we do not accept any claims for
consequential damage that may be caused by this product, in as far as legally per-
missible.
The EHEIM warranty ensures that the purchaser can have his EHEIM product re-
paired free of charge under the warranty if the original invoice or receipt (stating date
of purchase, product model and name of the retailer) is presented together with the
product to be tested at an EHEIM service point.
Any warranty consignments must be properly packaged and protected to prevent
transport damage and must be returned free of charge.
