• Use a small brush to clean thoroughly. Blow out hair clippings.
• Replace the cutter and the accessory.
BATTERIES
Batteries constitute chemical waste and as such must not be thrown away with other
rubbish. \When the batteries are empty, put them in the recycling bin or bring them
separately to the sanitation service and follow the local procedures.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:

where oxygen is being administrated.
7. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
8. Do not remove or replace the head assembly while shaver is running as it may cause damage to
the unit's foil or cutters. To avoid possible damage to the cutters, it is not recommended to
remove the cutter assembly accept for replacement. If, however, the cutter assembly pops off
during the cleaning process, it may be easily remounted.
9. Always store your shaver in a moisture-free area.
10. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.

U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE-neutral
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour
markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter L or coloured red.
NEITHER CORE should be connected to the earth terminal of a three pin plug marked with the
letter E or
or coloured green and yellow.
With this appliance, if a 13 amp plug is used a 13 amp fuse should be fitted. If any other type of
plug is used a 15 amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or at the distribution board.
