Error messages and other indications on the display
Sometimes the display shows an error message 'Err'. Switch off the RX 7020 for a
moment or remove the battery and put it back to completely reset the weighing
scale. After that switch it back on.
On the display you see:
• All display light up simultaneously.
• – – – – –
• Err
• LO
• Err-h
• Err-l
Information
The body fat percentage determined by the RX 7020 is based upon a standard meas-
uring method. It is calculated by way of a formula whose development is based upon
extensive scientific studies. The hydration percentage in the lean muscles affects the
measuring result. Individual habits and lifestyle will affect the balance of the hydration level.
• After a bath the reading may be lower.
• After a meal or a drink the reading may be higher.
• During the female menstruation period the readings may fluctuate.
• Loss of water through illness or physical activities causing heavy perspiration and
dehydration, can of course affect the readings.
• The table below indicates the relation between the estimated physical condition
and the body fat / hydration percentages calculated by the RX 7020.
This means:
All segments are functioning.
The sensor is undercharged (less than
minimal charge).
The sensor is overcharged (more than
maximal charge).
Low battery
The calculated body fat percentage
is above the maximum of the RX 7020.
The calculated body fat percentage
is below the minimum of the RX 7020.
