FEATURES
1. Quick Start : Press "START" to start manual training. The default time that will appear is 30 minutes. You can adjust
this from 10 to 99.59 minutes. Speed and incline can be adjusted during use.
2. Warm Up/Manual (P11-P12-P13): In the manual programme distance to run or time to work or calories to burn
can be adjusted. The default settings are: time: 30 minutes; distance 1Km.; calorie 50 cal.; speed: 1 km/h.; incline 0%.
Speed and incline can be adjusted during the session.
3. Fat Burn (P21-P22-P23): The default time is 30 minutes, but this is adjustable. Speed and incline can be adjusted
during the session.
4. Heart Rate (P31-P32-P33): The default time is 30 minutes, but this can be adjusted. Speed and incline can be
adjusted during the session.
5. Rolling Hills (P41-P42-P43): The default time is 30 minutes, but this can be adjusted. Speed and incline can be
adjusted during the session.
6. Lose Weight (P51-P52-P53): The default time is 30 minutes, but this can be adjusted. Speed and incline can be
adjusted during the session.
7. Long Distance Run (P61-P62-P63): The default time is 30 minutes, but this can be adjusted. Speed and incline can
be adjusted during the session.
8. Enhance Training (P71-P72-P73): Pre-set to burn 100 cal. The default time is 30 minutes, but this can be adjusted.
Speed and incline can be adjusted during the session.
9. Challenge (P81-P82-P83): Pre-set to burn 200 cal. The default time is 30 minutes, but this can be adjusted. Speed
and incline can be adjusted during the session.
10. User Program: Users can create their own training programme. Set the speed and incline in the 16 sections of
the session. Choose the training time for the programme. The default setting is 30.00 minutes. Press START to start
exercising.
FUNCTIONS
· TIME: Displays the training time. The default setting is 30 minutes. When you start exercising, the timer starts cou-
nting down to 0.00. The time range is from 10.00 - 99.59 minutes.
· SPEED: Displays the training speed. Speed range: 1.0-18 km/h.
· INCLINE: Displays the treadmill incline. Incline range: 0-15.
