How to use the rice cooker
1. Use the measuring cup supplied to measure rice and water and place it in the rice
container The correct ratio of water to rice can be found in the following table:

6 cups
4 cups

2. Insert the rice container into the cooker. Add rice and water to the container. Close
the lid. Move the container slightly to the right and left until it is firmly seated.
3. Do not insert the plug into the socket until you are ready to cook, otherwise the rice
may spoil. If the rice container is not in the cooker, the appliance will not start.
4. Set the switch to position „I" (on) to turn on the appliance. Press the cook button on
the front of the unit. As soon as the cooking process starts, the control lamp lights up.
5. As soon as the rice is cooked, the appliance automatically stops cooking and
switches to the keep warm function. Allow the rice to steam for another 15 minutes.
As long as the appliance is plugged in and the switch is set to „I", the keep warm
function is active.
6. Set the switch to position „O" to switch the appliance off. Then remove the plug
from the socket. Do not pull the plug out of the socket by the cable, but always hold
it by hand.
