I want to setup the repeater using the wifi
network.
Plug the Wifi repeater into a power outlet near your Internet
modem (not too far away from your modem !) and wait
30 seconds for the repeater to start up. Use the wifi on your
laptop, mobile phone or tablet to connect to the Wifi repeater
network. Go to 192.168.10.1 in your web browser (do
not use Google, enter it in the URL bar). Enter admin in both
the name and password field. For first time login, it need to
reset with new user name and password. Make sure you
have written down your new user name and password before
going to next step about the "Repeater Wizard" setting. After
set up new login name and password, Click on "Repeater
Wizard" and select your network. Enter your password
details and click the "Save" button (at the bottom). Wait for
1 minute. A new Wifi network will appear with your setting
under repeater wizard.
**Hints: SSID name and password will be changed
with selected network. For example, when you selected to
your home's router, the SSID name is ABCDE, then Wifi
repeater SSID name will be shown as ABCDE-2.4G-ext
and ABCDE-5G-ext respectively. And the password will be
same as your home router's setting.
My repeater is setup, but I cannot access internet
with my phone or tablet
Check your password. Make sure you firstly place the Wifi
repeater near the Internet modem and afterwards plug it into
a distant power outlet. If still unable to connect to the Internet,
you are advised to change the security type of your modem
and update to latest software version of your internet modem.
Seek for qualified person advise in anytime if you still cannot
access internet.
