    Sicherheitshinweise bei Verwendung der Impulsweiterleitung im Ex-Bereich Der Einsatz der FLUXTRONIC im Ex-Bereich macht es notwendig, eine Signalschnitt- stelle zu wählen, die im Ex-Bereich zugelassen ist. Dies ist nicht bei allen erhältlichen Schaltverstärkern der Fall. Die NAMUR*-Schnittstelle ist bewährt und vereint alle oben genannten Forderungen.
  • Seite 6 Die Stromversorgung darf nur eingeschaltet werden, wenn die Geräte eingebaut sind und spannungsführende Teile nicht be- rührt werden können. Wenn sich der Schaltverstärker und die FLUXTRONIC im Ex- Bereich (Zone 1) befinden, dürfen nur zugelassene Schaltverstär- ker (Kategorie 2) verwendet werden.
  • Seite 7 Die FLUXTRONIC zeigt die Flüssigkeitsmenge an, die durch einen Flüssigkeits- Mengenmesser geflossen ist. Der Taumelscheibenzähler erzeugt volumenabhängige Impulse (z.B. 0,05 L/Impuls). Die Impulse werden von der FLUXTRONIC registriert und über eine Kalibrierkonstante in das eigentliche Volumen umgerechnet. Anzahl Impulse x Kalibrierkonstante = Volumen.

Die FLUXTRONIC schaltet dann die Ventile um die hier gemessene Menge früher ab, so dass die sonst zu viel abgefüllte Flüssigkeit automatisch korrigiert wird.
