Preheat the cup.
Descale the coffee machine.
Wait for the coffee preheating light to come on.
Ensure that there is water in the tank and that the tank is
correctly fitted.
Ensure that the filter holder is correctly fitted.
Put less coffee in the filter.
Use a coarser grind or tamp the grind down less.
Descale the coffee machine.
Clean and check your coffee filters.
Ensure that the filter holder is correctly locked.
Clean the percolation head gasket seal (cleaning section) or
have it replaced if necessary.
Check that the soft pod is correctly fitted: no paper outside the
filter.
Try using a finer grind or one that is fresher.
Tamp the grind down more firmly.
