To couple the remote control with the network socket, make sure the combination of the 5 switches is identical in both places. Remote controls can only
communicate with sockets where the switches are in the same position. The combination of the switches' positions is arbitrary, you only need to make
sure that it is identical in the remote control and the network socket. This allows you to use several independent systems (remote control plus one to five
sockets) in the same area.
Assigning buttons
By default, the remote control's buttons (A, B, C, D and E) are assigned to sockets that show the same letter on the sticker. To change the mapping between
buttons and sockets, follow the instructions below.
You will need to adjust the channel selector switches (shown in Figure 2) of the socket that you wish to assign to a different letter. Keep in mind that the first 5
switches are used to select the communication channel, and need to be in the same position as the switches in the remote control.

If, for instance, you wish to re-assign a socket that is originally "A" to the letter "E", you need to set the last five switches to the positions shown in Figure 5.
In order for the two devices to use the same communication channel, the first five switches must be in the same positions in the socket and the remote control.
Warnings:
- Using a high-power device such as an electric motor can damage the socket. It is not recommended to connect inductive devices to the socket.
- The remote control's reception range can be affected by local circumstances (the number and material of walls between the remote control and the receivers,
large metal objects, metal door frames, radiators etc.), and by the battery's condition. If needed, try different arrangements, and do not place the devices
close to large metal objects.
- If the remote control's range decreases or the indicator light fades, replace the battery.
- Make sure no objects or liquids get into the inside of the device through the openings on its cover.
- Handle with care; never drop the device. Do not continue using the device if it is damaged.
- Never disassemble the device; consult a technician if repair is needed.
- Do not use the device without supervision when children are nearby.
- The device is for use only in a dry environment.
- Protect the device from dust, humidity, sunlight and direct heat.
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth; do not use aggressive detergents.
