L Instruction manual for Scart distributing amplifier »SC-180«
Links several appliances via one connection: reduces excess build up of leads and saves unnecessary
time spent switching around plugs. One simple connection interconnects all appliances.
Equipment:
• Active 8x Scart distributing amplifier
specially-designed for high-quality signal distribution, e.g. for LCD or plasma TV display walls.
Allows high-quality DVD players or hard-drive recorders with "real" RGB Scart output signals to
be used as a high-quality signal source.
• In RGB mode, the AV switching voltage and the voltage for 16:9 or 4:3 switching is also distributed.
No more troublesome switching of connected AV devices.

Connection:
Connect your devices to the input and the 8 outputs of the distributing amplifier.
After you have connected all devices properly, the enclosed power unit must be connected.
Switch the distributing amplifier using the power switch. The LED in the power switch is illuminated
when the distributing amplifier is on.

Always check maximum signal capacity for each terminal to ensure optimum signal transfer from
connected components.

Important information:
The SC-180 distributing amplifier does not allow signals to be converted or transformed.
In RGB mode, the AV switching voltage and the voltage for 16:9 or 4:3 switching is also distributed.
