Warranty
3. Warranty claims can only be advanced in the warranty period and
by presenting proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,
the unit must be sent to the following address together with the
proof of purchase and a description of the complaint: UEBE Med-
ical GmbH, Service-Center, Zum Ottersberg 9, 97877 Wertheim,
Germany.
4. In the event of defectiveness of the goods, the statutory rights of
the purchaser to claim against the seller in accordance with § 437
German Civil Code are not limited by the warranty.
Please note: In the event of a warranty claim it is essential to attach
the proof of purchase.
