ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation:
1. Put the cable hook on upper handle. (fig.1a)
2. Connect upper and lower handles with supplied
screws and knobs. (fig.1b)
3. Insert the handles into the mower body. (fig.1c)
4. Wheel mounting: Press in the center of the wheel and
screw the wheel clockwise (Fig. 1d).
5. Fix the cable holders. (fig.1e)
6. Grass collection box assembly. Assemble two halves
and fix them together. (fig.1f)
7. Lift the flap and place the grass box over the lugs.
(fig.1g)

CUTTING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

Warning! Disconnect the mower from the power
supply and ensure the blade has stopped coasting
before adjusting the height.
1. To adjust the front wheel cutting height position:
a) Turn the mower on its side.
b) Wheels loosen: Press in the center of the wheel
and unscrew the wheel anticlockwise (Fig. 2a).
c) Locate the wheel into the desired cutting height
adjustment position (Fig. 2 b).
d) Wheel mounting: Press in the center of the wheel
and screw the wheel clockwise (Fig. 2c).
Note: Make sure that both front right and left wheels are
located in the same cutting height adjustment position.
2. To adjust the rear wheel cutting height position:
a) Turn the mower on its side.
b) Wheels loosen: Press in the center of the wheel
and unscrew the wheel anticlockwise (Fig. 2a).
c) Locate the wheel into the desired cutting height
adjustment position (Fig. 2 b).
d) Wheel mounting: Press in the center of the wheel
and screw the wheel clockwise (Fig. 2c).
Note: Make sure that both rear right and left wheel are
located in the same cutting height adjustment position.
NOTE
A medium height of cut is recommended for most lawns.
The quality of your mowing will suffer and collection will
be poor if you cut too low.
3. Cutting height positions (fig. 2)
1) 30 mm (lowest cutting height position)
2) 45 mm
3) 60 mm (highest cutting height position)

OPERATING

Connect to power supply /(fig. 5)
Warning! Before connecting to the mains supply,
always check the switch is in off position. Connect
the plug into the RCD protected power supply.
• Secure the extension cable against tractive forces

• and accidental unplugging as shown in (Fig.5).
• Use only outdoor rated extension leads that are so
marked. Keep the extension cord away from heat, oil
and sharp edges.
• Supply cords shall not be lighter than:
- if rubber insulated, ordinary tough rubber sheathed
flexible cord (code designation H05 RN-F);
- if polyvinyl chloride insulated, ordinary polyvinyl
chloride sheathed flexible cord (code designation
H05 VV-F).
Starting and Stopping
Start:
• Press and hold the safety button 2. Squeeze the
switch lever 1 towards the handle (D).
• Release the safety button 2.
Stopp:
• Release the switch lever 1.
Warning: Blade continues to rotate after the machine
is switch off. Wait until all machine components have
completely stopped before touching them.
Mowing (fig. 4)
We recommend to use your mower as outlined in this
section in order to achieve optimum results and to reduce
the risk of cutting the mains cable.
• Place the bulk of the mains cable on the close to the
starting point.
• Switch the mower on as described above.
• Proceed as shown in fig.4
• Move from position 1 to position 2
• Turn right and proceed towards position 3
• Turn left and move towards position 4
• Repeat the above procedures as required.
Empty grass catcher
To remove the grass bag, raise the discharge flap (1) with
one hand and remove the grass bag (2) using its handle
with your other hand.
To maintain safety, the discharge flap will close when you
remove the grass back to seal the rear discharge open-
ing.
If any grass residues are caught in the opening, it is
a good idea to pull the mower backwards around 1 m to
make it easier to start the motor.
Do not remove grass cuttings in the mower casing or on
the cutter by hand or with your feet. Instead use suitable

Make sure the blade stopped rotating before
switching "on" again.
Do not rapidly switch on and off.
Warning! Do not work towards the cable.
Important!
Before you remove the grass bag switch off the
motor and wait until the cutting tool reaches a
standstill.
