Cause
• Inlet pressure too low
(< 2.0 bar)
• Cable assembly counter
pressure is too high
• Inlet pressure too low
(< 2.0 bar)
• If both diodes are still lit
• EWR functions ready
• EWR is off
• No power supply
1 Use the ON/OFF button to switch off the EWR gas monitoring system.
2 The EWR gas monitoring system must remain connected to the power
supply and gas supply.
3 Only the red control diode is lit.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up
The following instructions must be adhered to throughout all maintenance,
servicing, assembly, disassembly and repair work:
• Close off the gas supply.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
Troubleshooting
• Increase inlet pressure
• Check gas supply
• Check the cable assembly for
contamination and resistance
• Increase inlet pressure
• Check gas supply
• Verification by qualified
personnel

• Switch on the EWR
• Check the power supply and
connect/replace if necessary
