Taking care of your Floormate Deluxe

Nozzle can be removed
for easy cleaning.
Pull the nozzle release
latch upwards.

My Floormate Deluxe won't turn on.
®
Check the fuse in the plug. Always replace the fuse in the plug with a
British 13amp fuse.
My Floormate Deluxe isn't picking up well.
®
The recovery tank has an automatic shut off to prevent the tank from overflowing. If
this is activated, the machine will not pick up and the sound of the motor will change.
The recovery tank will need to be emptied.
The nozzle may be blocked go to 'Taking care of your machine'.

Remove nozzle by pulling
straight out and rinse under
running water.

Carefully remove the
brush assembly cover.

Remove any debris from
squeegee by wiping with
a damp cloth (Max 40�C).

Why won't the water/detergent dispense?
Clean water tank may not be locked in position. Clean water tank may be empty and
need to be refilled.
Why won't the brushes spin?
Check the brushes for blockages and clear.

Always unplug the Floormate before performing maintenance/
troubleshooting checks.

Push both brush release
buttons and remove the brush
assembly cover. Brushes
can be rinsed under water to
remove debris (Max 40°C).

To replace brushes, align
the post with square hole
on the bottom of the machine.
Push brushes firmly at
both ends until it locks into
place and replace the brush
assembly cover.
